Bdrich Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

These Terms & Conditions govern the bdrich platform (bdrich.ws) and applies to all services associated with it. bdrich is an online Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh and other designated regions.

To use bdrich's services, you must:

• At least 18 Years or meet the legal gambling age in your country of residence.
• You must use this service of your own free will and in full sound mind.
• Your account must be operated under your own name and identity.
• You must comply with all applicable local laws.

Bdrich reserves the right to discontinue service to any individual at any time and for any reason. While these terms are provided in Bengali, the original English version shall prevail in the event of any legal dispute.

Each individual on bdrich is entitled to only One Account per account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture.

• Active mobile number and email address
• Date of birth (for 18+ verification)
• Valid payment method details

KYC Verification Process:

Bdrich reserves the right to carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing withdrawals above a certain amount. This may require a photo of your national ID or passport, as well as proof of your current address. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

Once a bet is confirmed on bdrich, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review all details carefully before placing your bet.

Bet Cancellation Terms:

• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• If a match is abandoned before the scheduled time, bdrich reserves the right to make the final decision at its own discretion.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bdrich reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Bdrich is not responsible for any issues arising from loss of internet connectivity during live betting.

Odds Changes:

Bdrich reserves the right to change odds at any time. However, once a bet is accepted, the odds at that moment are final. In live betting, real-time odds fluctuations are normal — always check the latest odds before confirming your bet.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Large withdrawals without completed KYC verification may be delayed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdrich platform. Violations will result in permanent account closure and full balance forfeiture:

• Creating an account using a false identity or fraudulent information.
• Abusing bonuses or using bonus hunting strategies.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
• Attempting to access or tamper with bdrich's systems or software.
• Transactions made using third-party payment methods.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.

Bdrich reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in the Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud or dishonest activity.
• Incomplete KYC verification.
• Account inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).

Users may also request to close their own account at any time. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before closure, but all active bonuses will be forfeited.

Bdrich accepts no liability for the following:

• Financial losses resulting from a user's own betting decisions.
• Issues caused by third-party service disruptions.
• Betting opportunities missed due to internet disconnection.
• Unexpected technical failures or server downtime.

Bdrich is committed to maintaining a high standard of service, but a 100% uptime guarantee is not possible. Scheduled maintenance may occasionally cause temporary service interruptions.
